Return Policy
You may return an item within 30 days from date of receipt. To return a product, you must contact us for a Return Authorization number (RA#) by emailing us at service@alencorp.com with the following information:

Requesting replacement product or refund?
You should receive a response to your request within 24-48 business hours. Returns without an RA# may be refused and/or subject to a 20% restocking fee. If the item was ordered through a reseller, you will need to return the product according to their return policy.
All returns must be received within 30 days from when the RA# is issued. ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING. ANY ITEMS RETURNED IN PACKAGING OTHER THAN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING WILL BE REFUSED.
All merchandise being returned for refund, a 15% restocking fee plus the original shipping charges will be deducted from the refund. On merchandise being returned due to damage or manufacture defect, a replacement will be issued free of charge. If a replacement is not accepted, then the 15% restocking fee will apply.
