Better breathing & less dusting! We bought the Alen Paralda due to my husband's asthma & my allergies. We've had it about 6 months and one way I know it is working is that there is a lot less dust in our apartment. Yes, I still have to dust, but not as often, and there's a much thinner layer of dust. I can report my allergies are much improved, as is my husband's asthma. He's had to use his rescue inhaler probably 20% as much as he used to. The unit is quiet, sleek and doing a good job. I wish we had bought one a long time ago. We also have cats and it has cut down on the amount of fur in the air. October 27, 2012
Review of Paralda I had written a poor review of my Paralda because it was very noisy and, in response, was contacted by a customer service representative from Alen to offer a replacement. He took care of everything involved in getting me a new unit. I didn't have to do a thing. That is pretty amazing and responsive customer support. The lifetime warranty is a great bonus and one that I had forgotten about. I highly recommend the Alen Corporation for being so proactive. Thank you so much. October 29, 2011
