Excellent Investment Up to now, I couldn't be more pleased with my BreatheSmart purchase. This model, especially, is very user friendly and functional in design with a colored light air sensor which reveals ongoing air quality and ability to be placed in "auto" mode which will monitor the air and automatically adjust fan speed accordingly. As far as “noise,” I do not see this as being an issue at all. In fact, when our air conditioning system is running full time during the summer, the A/C still makes more noise than the purifier. And I am one of those kinds of people who finds the fan sound calming for sleep. Keeping up with dust (and cat dander) has always been a never-ending chore. Effective product, quiet, easy to use. My husband and I both struggle with allergies and we have a forced hot air heating system which we find stirs up a lot of dust and allergens. We tried two Alen BreathSmart units after consulting on the phone with an ALen representative. One for our bedroom and one for the living room dining room area. We saw a big difference during the second week of operation and ever since then we have been very pleased with the results. Much less dust overall and we are experiencing relief of allergy symptoms.
