Polluted air first passes through Alen's washable Pre-Filter to capture large particles, extending the life of the filter. In the second layer, air moves through a unique, electrostatically charged HEPA style material that attracts and captures dust, pollen, pet dander, mold spores and other airborne pollutants. In the final layer, clean air passes through a layer of Alen's Activated Carbon, reducing light odors and chemicals commonly found in the air from cleaning products, smoke, cooking, pets and various other household materials.

  • Over time, the HEPA-Fresh Filter becomes overloaded with particles, decreasing its filtration performance. We recommend replacing your filter every 6 months for severe concerns or when running your air purifier 24/7. Replace your filter every 12 months for light concerns or when running the air purifier only as needed.
  • Rinse or lightly vacuum the removable black Alen Pre-Filter as soon as it develops a layer of visible particles. Allow it to completely dry before replacing.
  • Washing or vacuuming the white HEPA style material will damage the fibers and is not recommended.

Great Unit!!!! We got this unit to take care of the dust after construction in the house and it has done an amazing job. We will continue to run it during the winter months whent he windows are all closed up just to help keep the air cleaner. The highest setting is loud but nothing unbearable. The size is very compact and can be put pretty much anywhere. The energy bill didn't go up at all either! :) The price is a little steep, but you get what you pay for, so it is worth it. The filters are a little on the high side too, but the only way the product will work properly is by changing out the filters regularly. We also have a new baby coming in a few months, so this will be very helpful to keep fresh air around for him. April 1, 2013
There is a great product I live off a main road with 2 dogs. The air in my home always smells clean and I noticed when I took my unit to our cottage my home had some much dust everywhere when we got back. I never knew how much dust the unit was capturing from the air. October 24, 2012
A375 air purifier Love this purifier... We have had 2 of them for about 6 years. After the first year the auto setting stopped working on one unit, and the UV lights stopped working on the other, even after replacing the bulbs.. Despite this facts, we love the job they do, but we wish they were both 100%. May 11, 2012

Good product! The systems (we purchased 2 A350 air purifers) are working Ok so far. We used Friedrich 96A before and the system seemed to get rid of doggie odor better than this system. Otherwise, it's OK and keeps pollen under control. Our allergy symptoms seem to calm down when we get back home. May 2, 2012

Real relief We bought 3 A375uv air purifiers and placed them in different places around our house because my husband was having such bad allergy attacks. As long as he stays in the house with the air purifiers he doesn't has hardly any allergy symptoms but as soon as he goes outside he does. We think these are a "life saver" for him. April 2, 2012
