The Alen A375 (Open Box) features HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate Air) style filtration, combining three layers of filter technology to purify and freshen the air. Polluted air first passes through Alen's washable Pre-Filter to capture large particles, increasing the performance and longevity of the filter. In the second layer, air moves through a unique, electrostatically charged HEPA style material that attracts and captures dust, pollen, pet dander, mold spores and other airborne pollutants. Clean air then passes through a layer of Alen's Activated Carbon, reducing light odors and chemicals commonly found in the air from cleaning products, smoke, cooking, pets and various other household items. The A375's (Open Box) ozone-safe Ionizer complements the HEPA style filter by charging particles in the air, causing them to stick together and become more easily captured. Automate air purification with Alen's Smart-Sensor technology and the unit will run when airborne pollutants are detected-a convenient solution for continuously purified air.

The Alen A375 (Open Box) offers extensive coverage, circulating all of the air in a 650 square foot space more than twice per hour on the highest speed. My air purifier was replaced by one that will not work! We've had many long years enjoying our air purifier, but eventually (probably after 8 or 9 years) some buttons began to wear out, I guess. Suddenly I could not get the ionization button to work or the timer button. So I called Alen and another "new" air purifier was sent out. That one would not work at all! I've called for a third air purifier, hoping that was unusual and that you will honor the lifetime warranty. I was told by the fellow I talked with over the phone that another air purifier would be sent out yesterday. I'm waiting... March 19, 2013
Honored warranty - great company We had an Alen Air purifier that began to malfunction, and I was so disappointed - this purifier was an investment (we bought 2 of them) and it was needed for an allergy sufferer. But thanks to Alen Corp., I made the phone call to see if it was covered under warranty and hoped they'd repair it and much to my relief, they had all my info and after troubleshooting, they determined to replace the unit. I am so pleased. This action right here, that this company stands by their warranty, has made up my mind that if we need another product like this in the future, we will shop with Alen. The air purifier works well, it's the 375UV unit, but it really does help air quality. I bought this for my retired mother who now lives in apartment living, and there is a neighbor who smokes.. She does not. And it bothers her. Having cleaner air is just good for you. And I am so pleased to have this company honor their products and warranty. I always liked the product but the Company will keep me coming back forever! I have had my A375 Purifier for about 4 1/2years and was very satisfied. Then one day I went to turn it on and nothing! No power, no breaker switch to flip, for no reason that I could determine as it had been working that morning ( I run it in my bedroom so it is on basically at night, off during the day). I was upset about this and contacted the place I bought it from, but they were a distributor so useless for this problem. I wanted it fixed. While I was thinking the BIG hassle was to start, I did contact Alen through the warranty area of the website. After about a week I heard nothing so figured I would have to start the harassing, but then a miracle happened! I got home from work after about day seven and there was a box with a new unit sitting on my porch! Totally replaced, looks brand new but I really don't know all I know this was the BEST response I have ever gotten from a company. I am impressed, THRILLED to be honest and still astounded! Trust this product, it is good. Trust this company, they are GREAT. They stand behind their product and I will be their customer forever! Thanks Alen Corp you are one of the best!
