Alen™ Technologies Changes Name to Alen™ Corporation

Alen™ Technologies changes its name to Alen™ Corporation as part of its plan for expansion into the home consumer market.

Alen™ Technologies announced it has changed its name to Alen™ Corporation to more accurately reflect future expansion plans into the home consumer market. Alen™ Corporation currently manufactures high quality portable air conditioners and HEPA air purifiers, with plans to offer additional product lines later this year.

"We felt the name Alen™ Technologies might limit our brand in non-technical markets where we are planning future product releases," said Jason Welsh, Alen™’s Channel Sales Manager. "The changing of our name to Alen™ Corporation reflects our long-term vision of providing a broad offering of Alen™ branded products to the consumer market."

No management changes were associated with the name change and no significant changes to business operations were anticipated.
