Alen™ AMS12 Mini-Split Air Conditioner
The Alen™ AMS12 is a 12,000 BTU cooling only split air conditioner. This model is highly energy efficient at 13.5 SEER and is whisper quiet. This is a lower cost alternative to a central AC system and is much quieter than a window or portable AC. The Alen™ split air conditioner does not take up any floor space as the indoor air handler is wall mounted.
The AMS12 utilizes only 1,060 watts of power and also functions as a 70 pint dehumidifier.
An attractive air handler is mounted on the inside wall and refrigerant and condensate lines run through a small whole in the wall to the outside unit. This results in a quiet unit as the compressor is located outside similar to a central AC unit. This unit comes pre-charged with R410 to run a 16ft line set.
