Here's How it Works:

1. Purchase an Alen Air Purifier at 1-800-630-2396 or www.alencorp.com.
2. Enjoy purified air.
3. If you're not completely satisfied simply return it within 60 days from the date of purchase for a full refund. All you pay is return shipping.
   
   We want you to be happy with your purchase, if for some reason you aren't, we want to know about it. Any item purchased from AlenCorp.com may be returned within 60 days from date of receipt. If the item was ordered through a reseller, you will need to return the product according to their return policy.

To Return Products:

1. Call customer service at 1-800-630-2396 or fill out our online form to get a return authorization label.
2. Repackage products in the original Alen box.
3. Ship back to Alen Corp.
   
   Please allow 4 weeks from receipt of merchandise for credit to be issued.
