Returns are easy:

  1. Call customer service within 60 days from the date you received your air purifier at 800-630-2396 or fill out our
    online form to get a return authorization label.
  2. Repackage your air purifier in its original Alen box.
  3. We can either send you a return UPS label or issue a call tag for UPS to pick up the package and ship it back to Alen.
  4. Your full refund minus return shipping costs (approximately $20-$30, depending on the unit and origination) is usually processed within 2-3 weeks once we receive the unit.
