Step 1. We add a surfactant (a type of molecule) to the odor spray. This enables us to reduce the tension of spray droplets by approximately 75% which means the odor spray is then able to interact with the odor. Step 2. In this patented step, we introduce two types of reactants that eliminate the odor permanently by converting the odor to a non-volatile, odorless solid. Up until now, it was impossible to combine reactants with the surfactant since they were not compatible and ate each other up . Step 3. Encapsulation is the third technology where the odor is captured in the odor spray droplet. Once the liquid has dried the odor cannot be released. Step 4. To improve the smell of a room, a fragrance is included.
